• Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

• We currently ship PAN India.
• For international orders (if applicable), please contact us before placing an order.

• Standard Delivery: 4–8 business days (varies by location).
• Remote or rural areas may take additional time.
• Please note: Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or holidays.


🧾 Tracking Your Order
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.
• You can track your order on the courier partner’s website or through the tracking link provided.


❗Important Notes
• Please ensure your address and contact details are correct when placing the order. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect shipping information.
• In case the delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, the customer will need to pay additional shipping charges for re-delivery.


🚫 Shipping Charges & Refunds
• Shipping charges are non-refundable in any case, including returns, exchanges, or failed deliveries.
• If your parcel is lost or damaged during transit, we can raise a complaint with the courier only if a full parcel opening video is provided (see Return & Exchange Policy).
